Your Best Buddy Pet Care (YBBPC) offers a FREE Service Consultation to all new Clients. The Service Consultation is a one-time service and is recommended at least 48 hours before the start of any Service. The Client and the Pet Care or Home Care Specialist will set up a 45-55 minute initial meeting to discuss your Pet or Home Care needs in detail and answer any questions. The Pet Care or Home Care Specialist will fill out a profile for you and each of your Pets which documents how you would like YBBPC to care for your Pet(s) and Home. YBBPC goal is to be a surrogate; the more you can tell us about your Pet(s) and your environment the better we’ll be able to provide premium quality care for your Pet(s) while you are away. During the Service Consultation all relevant paperwork will be completed. It is also recommended at this time, the Pet or Home Care Specialist will obtain two (2) working keys. If keys are to be given at a different time, there will be a $15.00 Key Pick Up fee. Also, we offer a program where YBBPC keeps your key for future Services. All of us have last minute out of town events that come up. It’s a nice security to know all you have to do is give YBBPC a call and tell us your Service Dates and we’ll be there to care for your Pet(s). If you choose to have your keys returned to you after any Service, there will be a $15.00 drop fee or a $10.00 fee to mail your key back (YBBPC is not responsible for keys lost in the US Mail System). |
